About facü

facü (aka Facundo Arena) is a music producer and published writer from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He got his degree in Music Production at the Buenos Aires Music School in 2005, and later built his own music studio. As a Music Producer his main project is The Kyoto Connection, which started in 2005 as a way to explore the mixtures between traditional japanese sounds and eastern music styles. Through The Kyoto Connection, facü composed and produced 10 albums with more than 2.000.000 downloads world-wide. The music of The Kyoto Connection has been featured on movies, series and TV ads.

As a writer, facü published 13 books on the topics of creativity, music production and technology. He’s currently writing “Steal the fire: how to turn fear into curiosity” (in spanish) and working on the english translation of his book “The Way of Creativity”.
